NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS/OCCUPIERS

Access Control Procedures From 1 August 2015

New gate and boat licensing system Marina Village HOA

Good day all owners
The new gates are finally installed and working as they should. This is a quick explanation for the new gate system and how to operate it.
7am to 8pm: The gates will be open and the booms operational (as currently used). 8pm to 7am: The gates will be closed and the booms open allowing the guards to patrol the village and be more visible.

Process at night:

To open the entry gate, call the gate telephone number (obtainable from PMG). The gate will not answer the call, but will take the number from the caller ID and open the gate. No cost towards the dialer.
If you have a guest arriving after 8pm and the guard is not in the gate house, your guest needs to phone you and you phone the gate to let your guest in.
The exit gate is equipped with sensors and opens automatically.

DO NOT GIVE GUESTS/VISITORS/TRADESMEN THE NUMBER OR CODE AS THIS WILL UNDERMINE SECURITY!!!

Boat License discs system:

Any MVHOA owner who wants to launch a boat at the slipway needs to request a disk from the chairman, Mr. Etienne Clack. A disc reflecting your boat and trailer registration will be issued free of charge. You are urged to contact the Chairman timeously during office hours to arrange your discs.
This new system is to curb non residents misusing the MVHOA slipway and to stop owners from parking their trailers in front of the houses at the slipway. Should a trailer be parked and left at the slipway a fine will be levied on that owners account.

Boats without a disc will not be allowed to enter the village!!

Should any owner have any questions please feel free to contact me

Kind Regards
Rudolph Germishuys
